Pros: I chose 12 bed dormitory two rooms together and each room 6 beds Seperate locker will be available Every bed has a small fan, reading lamp and 2 plug points Bed quality - super maintenance and good quality Washroom - maintained very well Play area and garden will be very nice. Have the WFH setup in garden area Parking is available For solo riders it will be very good Cons: Wifi speed is a bit slow sometimes in rooms.

First of all this is not a hotel or resort, this is a hostel for bagpackers. I booked refering reviews but it seems all other reviews are paid reviews. You shouldn't consider this for family purpose due to following reasons: 1. Location: Very remote place not much scenic as other properties. You will find nothing nearby. This place is not safe fof family. 2. Rooms: As this is a hostel there is no privacy. All rooms are at ground floor hence you can not open curtains. I booked most expensive heritage room but all money wasted. Reception counter is placed at room entry door. You can listen what going on outside and others can listen whats going on inside. 3.Amenities: You will get nothing. Even they wont provide toiletries. There is no AC /heater and basic amenities like water jar/kettle in the room. 4. Food : Very poor quality food. There is no restaurant/ seating place to eat food. We ordered chicken but we took only one bite. O think it was not chiken, it was something else. They will not provide water even if you ready to pay. 5. Service : Pathetic service. Whatever you ask staff will say no. We requested room heater or bonfire due to very low temperature. But they didn't provide. There is nothing they can service. Management is arrogant and money minded. If you are family this is not a right place for you. You will get better and cheaper options in Ooty.

The best place to stay in Ooty. It also has a hostel facility which is good for solo travellers. The location, ambience, maintenance everything has no words to say. --- just I can say wowwwwww❤️ All indoor games are there-- chess, carrom, cards and etc.. Pets are allowed. It's near to all the ooty tourism places. Don't try food there it's not good or worth the price.
